GHC 2010 Training Session & Conference Registration Information
- Postcard confirmation will be mailed for all registrations received by May 7.
- Details regarding registration for specific training sessions (May 23 - 26) will be on our Website (www.flghc.org) and included in the brochure to be mailed in March. You may wish to review the training sessions offered before registering.
- No registrations and payments should be mailed after May 7. After that date please plan to register at the conference, based on space availability.
- Refund requests must be received in writing no later than April 16, 2010 and a processing fee of $25 per registration will be applied to all refunds.
- No registrations accepted without payment. No Purchase Orders accepted.
- To avoid duplicate credit card charges, do not fax and mail.
Registration Fees
Training Only (May 23 - 26)
Early - $85 if postmarked by March 26
Late - $95 if postmarked after March 26
Conference Only (May 26 - 28)
Early - $150 if postmarked by March 26
Late - $165 if postmarked after March 26
Training & Conference (May 23 - 28)
Early - $175 if postmarked by March 26
Late - $195 if postmarked after March 26
