This Workshop provides a wholistic view of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) regional and state hurricane response capabilities with an emphasis on dependency analysis. Examples and lessons learned from Hurricane Ian preparation and response will be used to illustrate the broad spectrum of partnerships, both public and private, required to fully prepare and recover from a tropical event. Audience will leave workshop with a full understanding of the importance of identifying critical dependencies required for normal operations and how the cascading impacts of loss can delay restoration efforts. This workshop will address infrastructure resilience fundamentals, partnerships, analytic considerations, practical methods of assessing infrastructure dependencies, and resource mitigation measures.
