This workshop will introduce the concept of open-source intelligence to build and enhance situational awareness before, during and after a disaster.  Participants will see workflows and techniques used in FSU’s Disaster Intelligence and Analysis Laboratory (DIAL) to create intel products for dissemination to stakeholders.
