Refund Policy

Refund requests must be received in writing (via email) no later than March 31st.  A $50 per registration processing fee will be applied to each individual refund. Requests received after March 31st will be considered for approval after the conference in June. Refunds are not guaranteed after March 31st. By registering, you are agreeing to these terms.

Registration Replacements
We accept name replacements on paid registrations. Please email the GHC office with replacement details.
